He's holding out for Lewis not being retained by Mercedes apparently, seeing as his contract isn't being sorted until after the season.
It's been officially announced that he's not staying at Ferrari anyway, though.
Personally, I can't see Lewis being let go. So it'll either be a case of replacing someone at McLaren or a year out more than likely. Him saying "We'll see.." when asked about if he's staying in F1 at the end of the video kind of leads me to believe he might be taking the year out as well.
