AL1 - Australia Decisions

* JimboMansi is to be given a warning to be more cautious at the start of the race if this were to be happening again he would face a more severe penalty.

* The incident between Con and Tom was caused by lag in the FiA opinion and with this being the case no further action will be taken.

* Daflukey has been given a warning for causing an avoidable Incident if he causes another Incident of this nature will receive a harsh penalty.

* 2 points off TomFenty for an Illegal overtake on RossTheIcon and not giving the place back after being instructed to by the steward.

PL - Malaysia

* The Incident between Lee and SpeedQueen was deemed as a racing Incident the FiA felt they both could of done stuff to avoid the Incident.

AL1 - Malaysia

* The Incident between Barwell and Stevo was deemed as a racing Incident the FiA felt they both could of done stuff to avoid the Incident.

* The Incident between Clatty and Richy was deemed as a racing Incident the FiA felt they both could of done stuff to avoid the Incident.

* The Incident between Stevo and Richy was based on lag and no one was at fault no further action.

* The Incident between Stevo and Tom no further action.

* Clatty will receive a race ban for destroying his car on purposely.


AL2 - Malaysia

* Jo3_Alvis has been given a warning for causing an avoidable Incident and is urged to be more aware of other cars in the future.

may i just ask which incident is this about. the one with landawoo?

yeah i saw it, and i don't want to start an argument, but i feel that it was a racing incident. i did move over the track, which was regrettable, but i never touched landawoo until he turned to the right slightly. im not blaming landawoo, i think we were both equally to blame, just purely a racing incident. but hey its a warning, at least i haven't been penalised

All appeals  where looked at and this was the result we came up with. The FIA dont like to be mean to certain people but we have to make the right decision for the League. AKA whats best for buisness. Nothing against anyone.
