I'm Appealing this, i just don't get why??  Lap 48, 2nd place 30 secs in front & 5th place 40 secs behind, you have another 8 laps to overtake safely on a newer, quicker tyre without it effecting the result & you decide 'THIS' is a good move?

Stewards realy need to tell him that he can't do this. Maybe even a light penalty to show him that this is not the correct way of overtaking.
