European GP - Appeals

its not an appeal as such but from lap 21 to 24 trond, racing me when he was lapped from 21 to 24 took me off my line into turn 1 which cost me a second or so each time, but when you come to the end I lost 2nd place by a tenth of a second so him messing about on them laps basically cost me second, so please can we have a rule to stop lapped cars trying to race you, because if your lapped you shouldn't be racing a car that's not lapped.

If a lapped car has the pace to overtake you and pull away then they're allowed, but if they can't then they shouldn't really be racing you.

He was only faster on the straights as he was slipstreaming but everywhere else he couldn't keep up if you watch my video your'll see what I mean from lap 21 to 25 your'll see I'm on the racing line into turn 1 before lap 21 and after lap 24 your'll see I'm back on the racing line

So I did lose time and I've never seen that in real life, but we need clarification because if I do that I dint want to be penalised.

When your two laps down if you over take your still a lap down so you will have blue flags still as your still a lap down.
