Restart Procedure for future notice

Hey guys.

The race today was very good, some impressive driving and was relatively clean!

I made a little bit of a mistake today not restarting when d-dastardly and budbud had their issues. In future a restart will occur if someone looses connection in qualy or before 5 laps have passed in the race.

In the event of a restart in qualy, we'll do a quick 1 shot qualy to determine pole, in the race we will do a controlled sc start - We will continue from the positions everybody was in on the lap of the disconnect. I will control the pace for the first lap, on the second lap when i am happy everyone has gotten into their correct positions i will retire and hand over to the leader who will control pace, you may start racing when you cross the start finish line on lap 2

Please note anyone found to be disconnecting on purpose will be DSQ from that race, repeats may lead to expulsion from the league itself.
Also there will be only 1 restart per race.
