* CHM1945's qualifying ban has been reinstated after reviewing his appeal we still felt he was at fault for the incident.
* CHM1945 has received 2 points on his driver license for his general lack of awareness involving 3 incidents with dastardly.
* CHM1945 has received 2 points on his driver license for his general lack of awareness involving 3 incidents with dastardly.

I think this is very unfair as dastardly out braked himself and ran into the back of me 4 times during this race and took me of the circuit twice.
So much so he sent me a message after the race apologising for running into the back of me 4 times.
The first incident and the worst was not captured on video he hit me so hard on turn one by out braking himself that I lost my front wing by being pushed into the barrier at tremendous speed, I then had to pit after doing a lap with a puncture and no wing.
He then hit me in the rear a further three times during the race.
Why should I receive 2 points on my drivers licence?

Also I witnessed another incident later in the race at turn one when "dastardly" out braked himself again and ran into the back of "justanumber666" taking him of the track.

We just acted on the footage that was presented CHM we know you it weren't just you at fault.
