Germany GP Appeals

Con_Reece is behind Barewell as they approach turn 2. Barewell slows down to allow con_reece passed so he can use drs on the straight, this causes a coming together with con_reece hitting the barrier just about avoiding any damage. Barewell was doing this all race long, slowing down to get drs.

In my opinion it is fine aslong as it doesnt cause any contact and you dont impede the driver behind you. Although con_reece turns in a little early this incident could of been avoided had barwell not tried to get drs. A warning should be given to barwell to be a little more cautious in the future. I am going for a warning as it didnt effect the final outcome of the race and barwell had the sense to allow con to re-take the lead. The final decision will be made by the FIA.
