Five minute wait after qualifying

Hello guys,

After the unfortunate problems experienced at Tonight's pre-races, due to somebody pressing 'go to race', and no-one coming forward to own up, we will need to put in place some instructions to try and find out who is causing such inconvenience. 

From now on, if this happens again I want everybody to back out of the lobby with the exception of the steward. This should leave only the offender and the steward remaining in the pitlane. Nobody go offline either as the offender may attempt to switch off his/her PlayStation, and also to make sure you don't go off the game either as they may attempt to quit the game.

Hopefully we'll be able to tell that person not to do this as 5 a minute rest is mandatory for everybody, and that what he/she has been doing is cheating. We've noticed that this is not the first or second time this has happened and I personally apologize for this on behalf of the Admin team. Hopefully if everybody abides, we can stop it from happening again.

I'd also like to point out the only person pressing go to race to begin with in future should be the Steward Or Mod. Nobody should be pressing go before hand.
