Drivers' Champion - Q&A - Chaz_B97

As season 8 draws to a close in AL2, we thought we would catch up the Drivers' Champion, Chaz_B97. We asked him a few questions, and here are his responses.

Q1: How did it feel when you realised you won the AL2 Season 8 Drivers' Championship at the end of Singapore and 6 races to go?

A1: It was great. With the 2 hour limit being enforced, I was able to enjoy the last lap

Q2: Throughout the season you scored great points with 14 wins out of 20 races so far. With the points you have, you possibly could get the most points ever in W2WR but knowing what could happen at Abu Dhabi, how will you be treating this race?

A2: It's my last race in AL2, so I'll try and enjoy it and round off the season with a good result to seal the W2WR points record.

Q3: We have heard that with the pace you showed in AL2, that you're being promoted to the much faster paced league of AL1. How are you feeling and what are you expectations for the next season?

A3: I'm looking forward to it. You can see how competitive AL1 is with how close the Championship is this season

Q4: With the Constructors Championship going to ferrari and having their name in the hall of fame, how are the team, you and CHM1945 feeling and how have guys been celebrating?

A4: We've been celebrating with many beers. For the past 3 season Ferrari have won the constructors' championship in AL2, so good luck to whoever's driving for them in Season 9!

Q5: And finally, Now you have the double with your 1st Drivers' Championship, and Constructors' Championship, how are you feeling knowing you have your name in the hall of fame twice in one season?

A5: To win both Championships in AL3 and now in AL2 is great. Maybe one day I can add AL1 to the list!
