I wish to appeal against the two 5 second penalties received for blue flag infringements, slimbodude was approaching me with aletdownofstate directly behind me, I slowed down for blue flag, aletdownofstate overtook me but slimbodude remained behind, I received two 5 sec penalties for same incident when I had clearly slowed down to allow a faster car to pass.
The end result I lost two places.
My second half race footage did not save, appreciated if anyone has footage

You didn't receive them for the same incident CHM, i checked the Race Director. You got a 5 sec penalty for ignoring blue flags on lap 46 & another on lap 47 equaling 10 secs to be added. Aletdownofstate had a 5 sec penalty for the same infringement on lap 47, so that puts him into 9th & you down to 10th meaning you lost 1 place, not 2.
