Hmmm, I finished 5th here as I overtook daflukey just after the last turn, admittedly I suspect he had run out of fuel as he travelling at about 20 mph and i had to swerve to avoid contact with him but I crossed the line ahead of him by at least a second or two in the end. I'm sure someone who recorded the race can confirm this as well as daflukey himself.
