Belgium GP - Penalties

Brizly/Bloomstar : For causing another driver to DNF, Bloomstar is to receive 4 pts on his SL, you now have 8 pts & will serve a Qualifying Ban at the next attended race (Singapore).

Gogs/Racer : This appeal could not be dealt with because of the current 48 hour rule for posting appeals. After discussion it has been decided to increase this to 72 hours after the race finishes to allow drivers an extra day to sort video clips & post appeals on the website. Rules & Reg's will be amended from today.

However, after watching the build up to this incident in the race highlights, FiA have decided that if any driver is caught on video gaining an advantage by corner cutting & putting themselves in a position to overtake on the next straight will be deemed unsportsman like behavior & will be dealt with by either a points penalty on their Super Licence, a time penalty or grid position drop depending on the severity of the action.
