Bloomstar1986 - For retiring on track, Bloomstar1986 it to receive 2 points on his super license.

Stevo - For a deliberate DNF, Stevo is to receive 4 points on his super license. Stevo now has 6 pts on his SL & will serve a Quali Ban at the next attended race (China)

Misterflash2/Cheepka - For causing a racing incident and not waiting for the affected driver, Flash is to receive a 10s penalty added to his race result, dropping him to 7th.

Knowlesy/Aylhan - For causing a collision, Aylhan is to receive 2 points on his super license.

Knowlesy - For resetting to track, Knowlesy is to receive 2 points on his super license.

RussLad12 - For poor attendance and driving standards, RussLad12's position in the league is under review. Failure to improve over the coming races could result in the loss of a seat.

Apoplex - For retiring in the pits, Apoplex is to receive 1 point on his super license. Apoplex now has 8 pts on his SL & will serve a Quali Ban at the next attended race (China)

AJC - For retiring in the pits, AJC is to receive 1 point on his super license.

Prev/Segatocoz - For causing a collision, Segatocoz is to receive 2 points on his super license and 10s penalty added to his race time. Segatacoz now has 6 pts on his SL & will serve a Quali Ban at the next attended race (on holiday, prob R7 or R8)

Prev - For an unsafe return to track, Prev is to receive 2 points on his super license.

Rules Clarification

Retiring in the pits - 1 point
Retiring on track - 2 points
Leaving an AI on track - 4 points
Deliberately DNF - 4 points

Due to the clarification, CarwynRob's penalty from Bahrain is reduced from 4 points, to 2 points.

Lapped drivers are allowed to unlap themselves under a safety car under the following conditions - the majority of the field has formed up in single file. The lapped drivers must announce their intentions clearly over mic. Any yellow flag penalties obtained as a result of this will be removed by the FIA on receipt of evidence. Laptime deltas MUST be adhered to. The FIA will not remove and penalties (such as drive throughs) as a result of ignoring deltas.
