What an absolute fking joke. I thought bloodandsands was going to be punished after destroying his car deliberately in Abu Dhabi? Came up to lap him, he crashed into the barrier, then reversed back across the track straight into me taking me out of the race. Wanker.

Rule 1. All drivers are to be well-mannered, non-abusive and courteous to all other League Members.

At the moment m8 you are not abiding by this the right way to go about this would of been to lodge an appeal in a calm manner you mouthing off like this will achieve nothing.

If you have any footage of the incident please post in the appeal room.

It's happened to me aswell in Abu Dhabi he took me off 2 to 3 times Sad

Nice to see the "FIA" doing their job well. I had a penalty reinstated from a few races ago as it was deemed I hadn't let someone back through, they'd just returned to the track quicker, and yet he's still going round ruining people races.

As for "rule 1," it cost me the championship and it's the last race so an appeal achieves nothing - I think I'm entitled to feel a little aggrieved.

I understand Ben, after I had my gearbox issue, I was 2 seconds a lap quicker than bloodandsands.. when I came up to him, he started to force me off the track and not give me enough room. In the rules of F1, you should leave a car's width.. he did not do that and nearly caused an incident. Also in Abu Dhabi, he crashes the car on purpose making the results flip on it's head.. I feel sorry for Ben as he lost his championship and I don't blame him for being angry because I would be the same. It's a great/clean league but I wan't the races to be fair. I'm not trying to have an attack on him but he needs to be more careful

Yes i understand your feeling aggrieved because it cost you the championship,but going around calling people wankers isn't going to help.
FIA try to make the best decisions they can based on the footage presented to them if theres no footage we can't enforce a penalty what i do suggest perhaps for next season if you continue to race is to record your own race and if anything happens to you it will be on camera then the FIA can give out penalties.

It's for reasons like this why it is advisable for as many drivers as possible to record their races. That way these incidents can be quickly resolved. You don't need anything fancy to record. I was using my Samsung Galaxy Ace in a cheap £8 tripod I bought off Amazon and editing it with Windows Movie Maker which should be pre installed on most computers or is a free download. It's so very easy to do.
