Incident between Chaz and brianjohnson43:

- FIA have decided that brianjohnson43 was at fault for an unsafe return to track and we would like to see a bit more awareness and more safe manner of returning to the track in the future races.
However as this is only brianjohnson43 his 1st incident and it wasn't that bad to issue a penalty straight away, we decided that an official warning is more than enough.
