Incident between hamishsop and bobjim123*

FIA found that bobjim123 was at fault for this incident and as he had a suspended race ban, this incident will unfortunately activate the race ban for bobjim123.
The ban will be for the next PL2 Race which is around Monza the Italian GP

He did indeed but the waiting and giving track position back is for preventing let's say a 20 second penalty, he still was at fault for this incident.
