Incident between S007PS and daveh213*
After reviewing this incident multiple times on the videos we were provided with, the FIA came to the following conclusion:
We found that daveh213 was at fault for driving into the back of S007PS and doing serious damage to S007PS his race losing valuable time, FIA deemed this was a bit of careless driving it seemed like daveh213 drove as if S007PS wasn't there.
Because daveh213 did not wait for S007PS to regain trak position we found that a 20 second time penalty to be added on daveh213s race time was the right penalty.
This demotes daveh213 to 6th and promote S007PS into 5th.

Ok Mr league manager, fair enough. I have a picture to upload to this forum to show people and would like to appeal my penalty given to me, bare with me while I try and work out how to upload it!

at this point S007PS is off line and i have momentum, i see a gap, he corrects himself to get back on racing line, did he not turn in on me? if he was aware of me should he not give me room? if he would of stayed where he was i would of had him at the next set of corners or at least carried on the terrific battle i was having with him.

The thing is on the video it appears u pushed him and thats what made him slide like that and than he corrected his spin caused by you and you kept your foot down and this was the result, but FIA will look into your appeal of the penalty mate.

I understand that mate, I was shocked when it happened. I've argued my case. I'm the first person to hold my hands up when I've made a mistake. What will be, will be.
