I would like to appeal against the FIA decision as i don't think i was at fault for the incident in al1 so a 20secpenalty seems harsh. I couldn't react in time as he just moved across my car coming out of the bend. If the FIA still feel im at fault then can i get a less of a punishment for an incident not my fault maybe a quali ban....

Its not for urself to decide the penalties otherwise we wouldnt have FIA, and anyway why are u appealing and suggesting another penalty, basically admitting you was at fault?

Evidence i would like to use:
I was the car INFRONT so I get to determine the change in direction, plus it was the fast corner and I needed to get back onto racing line, if t was my fault then why didn't the fia say it was my fault- text message from madman

Con seriously watch your language, that message towards madman is way out of order, you were at fault steward decided and thats that, get over it and move on!!! And above all if you decide to continue to use this kind of language towards other league members, u will be punished.
And about the FIA choosing madmans side, the FIA is where we go trough the appeals and the majority votes, your more than welcome to join us on Saturday nights instead of making these ridiculous statements.

The appeal room is not for all out arguments guys. Con we acknowledge your appeal against your penalty and it will be discussed at the next FIA meeting. The language you have used in here however is unacceptable. Please do not talk to fellow site members in such a way again.
