Valencia GP Appeals

I would like to appeal against stevo on the first Lap putting me in the wall which I got the penalty for and also blocking me on the last lap when he was out of fuel

Can I second the first lap incident? I was close behind and Steve gave con_reece absolutley nowhere to go in my opinion.

Appeal footage for con_reece time in video: 46 seconds and 4 minutes 10.

Incidents will go to FIA for further review, but my recommendation would be..

1. Warning to both drivers for not leaving either enough space and causing an avoidable collision, more so on stevo as he has raced in a league environment for alot longer than con.
2. Removal of time penalty for con, promoting him back up to 3rd. I feel this would be fair as neither driver was at fault for the incident.
3. -2 point penalty applied to stevo for weaving excessively to defend his postion when out of fuel. This was dangerous driving and could of lead to a more serious incident, stevo should know better imo.

These are not conclusive and the FIA will have the final say on any decisions.

After reviewing the footage I would recommend that daflukeys penalty be removed as the incident didnt warrent a 10 second penalty.
