I would like to appeal against CHM1945 for causing the turn 1 incident, which ruined the race of myself, justanumber and S007PS.

I would like the FIA to look into this please

The above video follows on shortly from that incident. The first I was aware of what was occurring was after the incident in barwell's video. Goodhead was a lap behind and when barwell approached goodhead for the second time as shown in my video I gave goodhead at least 4 instructions to move over for the faster car. I believe the move barwell made was a move of pure desperation but I can understand why he did it as he believed he was being blocked by a slower driver and was ruining his race as he could have potentially gone on to win it.

During the race I had seen goodhead move over countless times for faster drivers and after the race I asked if he could hear me instructing him to move over for barwell. He replied to me that he could not see barwell behind him. Just before the first incident S007PS had just disconnected from the lobby due to his PS3 freezing and I'm wondering if this event caused some connection issues in the lobby and goodhead genuinely couldn't see barwell approaching.

I overtook Dave on the approach to the first corner at the start of the race and he turned into me causing me to spin into the other cars, I do not believe I caused this incident could you please look into this for me and perhaps reverse the qualy ban placed on me.

Ok CHM your qualifying ban will be suspended until the FiA have reviewed your appeal.

I never turned in on you chm, I was on the inside of the 1st corner, I seen you out braked yourself and took out soops and justanumer.

I'm not sure about dave pulling in front of u, but the speed u hit me at, u were never going to make the first corner successfully.
A bit more care at the start and u would not be defending yourself now.
