what time zone is the site (or admins laptop) in? its nearly 5pm on Monday not 3am Tuesday

It's a forumotion problem the time is correct in the admin panel.

Problem solved boys, it's a lot easier to fix when I'm on my laptop rather than my Iphone.

You may need to go into your own profile preferences to fix it for yourself like I did, but basically everything is up to date the rest is down to forumotion themselves.
