New AL1 Mod Empty New AL1 Mod

Whiteside/The Phoenix is now the new AL1 mod due to me and him agreeing to switch our mod roles, as we both felt it was no longer feasible for him to stay as PL mod for this season due to him having no connection to that division anymore. Also as I race elsewhere on wednesdays, I would not be able to steward the occasional race in AL1 and update the table regularly.
