Silverstone Pitlane Empty Silverstone Pitlane

Post by tallboy_rocks Sat Jan 24, 2015 5:59 am

Although I will not be taking part in the British GP next week I would like to suggest a code of conduct amongst drivers in regards to the use of the pitlane to gain time in qualifying or a position at the end of the race. As many of you know the pitlane on F1 2014 is significantly quicker than going through the final 2 corners correctly and in real life any time gained through this would be discounted. However, due to the daft way the game is set this is not the case. I would suggest that drivers on their slow down lap should be instructed to slow significantly as to negate this pitlane effect and it should be outlawed entirely for the final lap of the race in order to gain position. Thoughts?
