Vettel setting the pace for 2nd successive day, Hamilton forced to miss final 3 hrs of running due to a water leak, 'Reoccurring glitch' keeps McLaren in the garage most of the day, RB11 been running without an front wing after Kvyat broke the only unit RedBull had in Jerez, Lotus debut E23, Late session rainfall hinders anymore running.
