This is not an appeal but at the start of the race "biltomatt" at turn one runs into the back of me sending me of the track and I lose 4 places.
I thought in cases like this you were supposed to give back the position.

Yeah that's generally the case, though it often depends on what happens to how people handle it, he may have been hit off by someone else, which caused a snowball effect. Would need footage to make sense of what happened properly.
