24 hr Le Mans
Big congrats to the Porsche 919 Hybrid Team & the rookie Drivers in the no.19 car, Hulkenberg, Tandy & Bamber , well deserved winners of this years 24 hr race, it was a belter. Hope they stick together for next years WEC, till then its back to the day job for Nico H next week when he takes part in the 70+ lap short sprint round the RedBull Ring in his F1 car, hope todays win raises his stock when the new contracts offers roll out in a few months.
Well done as well on Taking the 2nd spot on the podium for Webber,Hartley & Bernhard in the no.17 Porsche 919.
To Audi, unlucky this year, but still took 3rd place, they'll be back.
Toyota....??????, hope you didn't bet on them Madman

Sprint in modern F1, lel.
I missed most of the race so going to have to get the catchup on the go.

Re: 24 hr Le Mans
Well compared to Le Mans, the RedBull ring'll be like a trip to the shops distance wise just a shame NH has to jump back in his Force India & not a Merc AMG or a Ferrari next week, if he was a foot shorter he might've been in the Red Car 18 months ago, stupid weight rules....anyway yeah, when you find the highlights (re-run on Eurosport all week probably) watch the race, loads of action & wheel to wheel racing in all categories, well worth a look.

Considering how slow the Toyota's were in free practice and qualifying i wouldnt have bet on them beating the Rebellions At least they werent as bad as the Nissans lol although they just testing right now

WEC Fugi, Anyone watch that? What a Race!! Well done Toyota!!! the battle with Kobayashi in the Toyota & Hartley in the Porsche was edge of the seat stuff, & for the the top 3 LMP1 Teams having a car each, finishing within seconds of each other after 6 hours racing made great viewing, likewise with the LMP2 cars, Top 4 cars finishing inside a minute of each other, Will Stevens/Alex Brundle's car narrowly beating Bruno Senna's crew by 1.5 secs, LMGTE Well done to the Fordy's again
Shanghai in 3 weeks, tune in & watch 30-40 cars going into T1 + a lot of dodgy weather in China, should be a good 1
Note to Madman, Finally, a win...hope you stuck a buck on them this time

Re: 24 hr Le Mans
Toyota may as well give up on Motorsport. Couldn't win in F1 and can't win Le Mans it seems. So unlucky.

Re: 24 hr Le Mans
Wow, where to begin. Incredible race, Congrats to the #2 Porsche. Plum last at around the 4 hour mark and ending up winning. Harsh on #1 being 13 laps up and then losing it after all that hard work. As mentioned earlier, Toyota can't catch a break...don't know how much longer they'll be around...
Away from LMP1 though, wow, #38 Jackie Chan DC Racing LMP2 machine, what a race! First LMP2 car to lead at Le Mans, and ended up finishing 1st in Class and 2nd Overall. 19yr Old Thomas Laurent looks like a name to look out for in the future!
But that GTE Pro Race. Amazing! Thought the #97 Aston Martin had blown it going deep into Arnarge, but never gave up and ending up snatching the win from Corvette on the final lap, really worth a watch if you missed it!
And Ferrari locked out the Podium in GTE AM, so congrats to them, and a mention to ex-F1 Driver Will Stevens as well for winning the AM class.
19 wins now for Porsche.. And now I've learnt not to buy Japanese!
