AL1 S7 R13 Belgian GP - tomfenty/Russlad.
For causing an avoidable incident, resulting in a terminal crash to himself & effectively compromising Russlads race at the Belgian GP, tomfenty to receive a 15 sec time penalty, added to his next completed race (Monza). If Tom DNF's in this race his time penalty will carry over for a further 2 races, if none are completed, then a penalty of -5 WDC points will be made.
All drivers are reminded, when racing in close proximity you MUST leave a cars width & take care not to cause collisions that could end yours & a fellow competitors race.
