Michemery/Misterflash2 : Misterflash2 to serve a Three Race Suspended Penalty, comprising of a Quali Ban and -5 WDC Points for causing a fatal collision, providing you cause no further serious incidents, this penalty will be removed after you complete 3 races.

It means your Penalty is a Quali ban & 5 points taken off you in the Drivers Championship, we know the incident was unintentional & you have not been involved in any other serious incidents in either League, so we have put the Penalty 'ON HOLD' (Suspended) for the next 3 races, providing you do not cause another serious incident during those 3 races, the Penalty will be removed, that is : no loss of points & no Quali ban.
