No offence to VR6 on a great win, but my Driver of the Day is between Deano and Ross. Both showed amazing pace throughout the race, despite an unfortunate disconnection and a Chinese delivery.

I was surprised at how fast Ross was in quali. VR6_ROB was very consistent in the race though so I think driver of the day for me is the race winner VR6_ROB

My DOTD is Deano, I got up to second at one point and he was pulling away by at least half a second a lap. (Although I was on fairly old prime tyres!) It made me try a 3-stop strategy that nearly cost me second!

I have 2 drivers in my eyes i got lucky
Deano driver of the day we had near enough same quali lap but after 5 laps you were leaving the pack
Shame about connection
Ross you were really quick hunting me down really fast
I could not respond

I personally think that I made too many mistakes in the race to be considered, there's more to a good drive than pace. That's why my vote goes to Deano. He was very consistent as well as fast. For consistency Rob you were also very good and that's why you won. You needed luck but you also had to be good enough to be there to take advantage of Deano's misfortune.

Yeah Deano was on it from the very start. My prediction of you walking away with the title might be in doubt now! D:
Re: Japanese GP Driver of the Day
I predict a good battle to Brazil and look forward to properly battling with the front runners in races to come, if I can get the bloody thing off the line! I'll be missing the USGP as well, so that could be crucial.
