Reserve System

Could we incorporate a reserve system along lines of:
If in AL1, any AL2 driver could reserve but not get any individual points but could earn points for constructors
If in AL2, could ask any other driver that has signed up to reserve and again, not earn individual points but earn for constructors.
I know some other leagues do a reserve system but they have reserve league races in between their main leagues, ie: once every 2 weeks main league race and reserves in between.
