I wish to appeal against the Slimbo / Dastardly incident as I believe it to be a racing incident, as I went onto the curb by accident and there was no intent to cause this incident.

If you have footage of the incident from your PoV, or can find other footage of it we will take another look at it, until then the decision stands.
