@ 0:08 in Brizly's vid it shows that understeered past the apex into my path. I backed off as he clambered back to the racing line.

@ 0:06 in my video I did the same as couldn't work out where exactly both cars were and assumed they'd take the racing line. Thought they wouldn't start to get past on the racing line. Tried to stay right of the line as came back on. I guess because at the end it was going to be three cars wide and Dek hit him mid-corner. I would consider that a racing accident. His video clearly shows a clean fight before that corner with multiple overtakes.

No harm intended.
