can the fia look at lap 10 34 mins in..badger leaves me no room to pass,and i get wig damage..luck i got that than a wip out

Note to F.I.A.
As stated by Bloom, I wish to appeal against the decision against me for causing a collision

In Blooms highlights at 35:56 mateyboy overtakes Bloom, at 35:59 Bloom spins in front of me, I do my best to avoid the inevitable , but you can see from Blooms vid he did spin directly in front of me.
