No assit league f1 2018

who do ask about a new league with w2w about a league run on a Sunday with no assist,i know there are many drivers in w2w who use no assist and i know 6/7 drivers who would join a new pl league,w2w always had a pl league just a thought,maybe get some of the old guys back

I have had some people turn down joining our league after they found out its an assists league. I would consider running in a pl just for practise without assists.

I would also be interested in a no assist league.

A PL would need admin to organise, spectate and do the general admin.... any volunteers? lol

I would be prepared to do the equivalent of Gonk for PL. Allowing me to race also. But would i have to retire from AL1 or would i be permitted to race in both?

If I am right, this would have to be the case of retire from AL1, the rules state that you can reserve a league higher, but cannot reserve a league lower.

We've always treated PL separate from AL. Back in the day we had PL1/2 and AL1/2/3. A couple of drivers raced in both, I think DaveJ was in PL1 and AL2 at the same time? I may be remembering wrong.

Either way, as long as your pace for that league is correct then you can race in both, reserving will work the same for them both though. IE if you're in PL1 and AL2, you can reserve in AL1 but not AL3 or PL2. PL1/2 isn't necessarily faster than AL1/2. They're more sidegrades than upgrades.

But yeah, if we've got enough people to put a feasible no assist split on again, I'm happy to put it all together on the site. We've always said we want a minimum on ten drivers to start a new league up, so if you can get ten drivers, let me know and I'll start to set it all up.
