SirBrian/Snoop - For an unsafe return to track which caused another driver to DNF, Snoop is to receive 6 pts on his SL resulting in a qualifying ban at the USA or next attended race.

Amendment : Snoop already has 7 pts on his SL. +6 pts puts you on 13 pts, this now results in you serving a race ban at the US GP, not a quali ban as stated above.
