SnoopMarky/FromChaos : Racing incident, both drivers should have left each other more room.

SnoopMarky/Allshotdown : No further action.

Con_reece/D_Dastardly : Racing incident, no further action.

SnoopMarky/Devilsarmpit : For not leaving room for a car alongside him, causing a collision & not waiting for the effected driver, Devils is to receive a 10 second penalty, this will drop him from 4th to 6th place in the standings.

Racer/Con/Snoop : FiA found no fault with Racer or Con however, Snoopmarky will receive two points on his SL for causing collisions with Racer, bringing his total number of points to 26. This is not an acceptable driving record to have at W2WRacing by any driver & the following decision was not made easily.
Having just returned from a two race ban & currently serving a suspended ban, SnoopMarky is found to have been in breach of said suspended ban & will be removed from AL2 for the remainder of the season. This may be re assessed before the start of S12 by the league.

From_Chaos/Con_reece : Racing incident, no further action.

From_Chaos/Allshotdown : For causing a race incident, Allshotdown is to receive two points on his SL.

Mateyboy/Kingdonmartin/JustMikey : For causing a collision on Lap 1 T1, Mateyboy is to receive four points on his SL.
Amendment : Mateyboy now has 8 points on his SL & will receive a Quali ban at Hungary or the next attended race.

I'm sorry but this is horse sh!t . -i'm the only one to get points out of the three car issue???!!! Come on, play the game!!!  I had nowhere to go, in hindsight, I could've released the accelerator but that was in the heat of the moment.  I did my best to stay out of trouble and feel I must appeal this decision?  Surely having the majority of the drivers affected in as stewards is sending the wrong message?  This is the only league I have and it's simply not fair!!!   Also, the rules stated that points were going to be removed in the new season.  I messaged Aletdown and all of a sudden it's not the case at all?  I got points in a different tier and they were because of driver errors etc nothing malicious hence why i wanted to volunteer to drop a tier.  I wish to appeal this.  Isn't it a bit odd that I appeal a couple of videos and nothing comes of it?  How about Monaco?  I was fired into a barrier which started all this hassle and that driver didn't get a ban?   Come on guys! Also, i've got a better online record than most drivers in these leagues? A! That was me trying to show I 'Just wanted to race".

Appeal meeting are ran with AL1 and AL2 staff. Decisions on AL2 appeals are lead by AL1 staff so that they are impartial to the results. These decisions was not lead by AL2 but the big and already stated not easy decision to remove you for the remainer of the season was made looking at all the evidence and the fact you currently have 26 penalty points, everyone else has been driving under the same rules and regulations and managed to stay well below this. It's only fair to those who come to race and manage to keep it clean.
