FROM_CHAOS/CHM1945 - No further action. Drivers are reminded to take due care and attention when in close proximity.
Devilsarmpit666/AllShotDown - No further action. Desync issue caused by late join to session - See rule changes.
RussLad12/CHM1945 - No further action due to appeal being issued later than 48 hours.
Rule Changes
As of 18/12/2018, if a driver joins a lobby mid session (ie no longer in the lobby) they will subsequently disqualified from the session and potentially penalised further should any incidents occur because of any desync caused.
