FiA agreed your car caused a collision with Mikey, as per rules for causing a collision on L1, you received 4pts on your SL. You already had 4pts from Monaco & 4pts from German GP. This incident didn't give you the race ban, your points total did.

Lap 1 is treated differently to a collision during the race to promote clean starts, nobody doubts it wasn't intentional but it happened & the penalty is & has been 4pts since SL was reintroduced.

Your incident was pointed out in Appeals section on the Sunday morning, well inside the 48hr limit.

FiA, doesn't hand out points & Quali bans without evidence, the appeal might have pointed out to a video in highlights, would need to backcheck.

There is no vendetta against you Matey, there never has been, sorry you feel this way & hope you reconsider but the final decision is yours & i wish you all the best wherever your racing.

I would like to clarify the 4 points was for causing an incident on L1/T1, in this case before the first corner, not for a DNF.

My apologies, that should have read "causing a collision/incident" not a causing a DNF, it has been amended.
