AL3 - Spain

Bloomstar/Bloodandsands : L3 exit T2, Bloomstar to receive 2pts on his SL for causing a collision, this takes Bloomstar to 6 pts on his SL & he will serve a Quali ban at Canada or next attended race.
The 10 sec penalty Bloomstar received for exceeding track limits will be removed moving him back to 3rd place (from 5th) in the standings.
