In my opinion  I was ahead  of rycka just enough to keep my line and feel he should of backed off after the first contact,the second contact ended my race,at no point was rycka alongside of me to make a pass and was never squeezed of track

The appeals thread is not for discussions.

I would like to appeal my 3's penalty.

My first warning was under the safety car, so no advantage was gained and I wasn't driving anywhere near the limit, it certainly wouldn't have have received a warning in an actual F1 race. Second warning at no point do all 4 wheels leave the track due to the nature of the corner/kink, rear left is still on track.
