British GP - Appeals Empty 5 second time penalty

I'd like to appeal the 5 seconds time penalty at the end of the race. GEOs wheel has issues and I cannot give the position back under the safety car so get a 5 second penalty. Entering the pits I get another 5 seconds for speeding  but immediately serve 1 under my 2nd pit stop. Put in the race director for my race as proof of penalties
