Incident with justmikey250976 (just after Tunnel - Lap 39)
Was all over justmikey250976 for the previous 4 laps - needed to unlap myself as my pace was a lot more than his - finally got into a position for an overtake in the tunnel and first he moved left so I decided to move right and while I had the line he decided to come back across. I had absolutely no chance - not the first incident with justmikey because he also ruined my restart for the first safety car.
justmikey also f'd and blinded at me as well.
Footage attached.

And why ai after it..
The way you come out that tunnel I had the line, your were know where near alongside me to take try that move, patients was the key here, not trying to force your way past in such a careless way, there was only gonna be one outcome there, maybe just patients, I got held up for lots of laps as well, but never made a move like that.

Appealing against 5 second penalty.
Strident-sea2 overtook me under safety car at 0:15 then he dropped back behind me.
I had to serve the penalty at my next pit stop.

Re: Monaco GP - Appeals
Not an appeal against any specific person (mainly because I don't know who triggered all of this.) but the first SC restart needs looking at.
Appealing the 5s penalty I was forced to take due to the incident that I had no way to avoid.

Good timing Mikey, just put this together of the SC restarts, didn't realise at the time that i'd also got a 5 sec pen when Bannister went into my rear end before the first restart & you had me really confused why you hesitated to go on the main straight but i wasn't complaining after T1
2nd clip is serving the 5 sec pen from bannister inc. & 3rd clip of second SC restart.

Unfair Decision

Please explain why the 5 second penalty was not removed.
It is very clear to see that Strident-sea2 overtook me under safety car at 0:15
and not the other way round.
This decision cost me a podium finish.

Re: Monaco GP - Appeals
The penalty is not actually awarded because Strident overtook, it is because then afterwards you come to a stop on the circuit and Strident breaks his front wing in the contact. It is one of a number of penalties that were awarded as a result of a very messy restart. Aletdownofstate also would have had a 5s penalty removed, and it was felt it was easier in this instance to keep the status quo (i.e. no one loses out, no one gains) than to investigate every penalty and collision caused by the large scale incident.
It is why everyone has been reminded to maintain a consistent pace under a safety car restart. Strident's pass was accidental and he was right to give the position back. It is then a coding issue with the game that it attempts to give you a penalty for retaking the correct position. If you had carried on as normal and appealed after the race, the penalty would have been removed, and it may have also avoided further issues going on behind.
