Incident 1 tomfenty lost it on the corner I never touched him I had to take avoiding acction to avoid a collision.

Last incedent tomfenty turned into me I was a full cars length past him and he turned into me spining me of track he could have avoided me there was a full cars width on his N/S,also what about all the corner cutting he does. If you are going to dock points please do it on an even keel.

Also what about his driving at the start of the race first corner incedent with barwell he drove right into him?

If you have footage of any of the incidents, post it and we will take another look at them and adjust decisions as necessary.

The FIA will take another look at the next meeting.

For future races though, you really need to record. If you're stuck on the best way to do it send me a PM and I'll take you through it.

CHM, the FIA always determines the outcomes of any appeals fairly. From our perspective Tom wouldnt have lost the rear of his car like he did without any contact. If you didnt touch him, cutting the corner like you to avoid him isnt acceptable when you could have gone around him on the outside. Like Marc said it would be easier if you can record your races to share your point of view.
