"You have to leave the space, all the time you have to leave the space!"
Let's get one thing clear: this will not be a popular post! However, after what I think we can all agree was a shambles of a race in Spain that would have needed about 18 stewards to properly officiate, after there have been 3 first-lap incidents in the 4 races I've driven in this season, and with Monaco coming up next, I would like to call for a general change of racing attitude from the people of this league. Most of us were in this league last year and managed to race each other cleanly, so we can obviously do it.
Also to those who have received penalties, there seems to be a general idea that they are all wrong. Take them as constructive criticism rather than persecution, otherwise you'll only make the same mistake again.
I'm not saying that I'm the worlds cleanest driver, I make mistakes as well. All I ask is that more care is taken into turn 1 and that people actually acknowledge the presence of other driver when in close combat. Remember, racing closely isn't just about who brakes latest, and that losing a position is not the end of the world!
I'm hoping that we can have a nice, clean race at Monaco, which will really test us!
Thanks.

Also, as well, I'd like to mention it's not like you guys are inexperienced league racers most of you have been with us for at least a season and you guys should know by now the standard of driving we expect from, you it's ok to make errors everybody does we only ask that you learn from them.
Thanks
Bernie

Completely agree with this post & its message. I for one Im fed up being a victim on lap 1, having my pants pulled down & someone shoving their front wing up my arse.
Admin was correct to say the start at Spain was 'disgraceful' unfortunately Admin these sort of starts are becoming the norm as I have either been 'forced off' and/or witnessed an incident on lap/turn 1 EVERY race this season so far!
Yes there are relatively experienced drivers in this league so Compare this to last season where Monza IS the ONLY Comparison! Fucking Ridiculous im sure u would agree.
Madman (Steward for the GP) even reminded everyone of the risks of Heavy fuel & Turn 1 etc just a few seconds before we started!! And to be honest the fact he still has to remind people is a joke.
So Hats off to those who thought they could 'brake late' into turn 1 or even on the 1st lap whilst carrying 66 laps of fuel. Mugs.
That may seem a bit harsh but in reality ALL of these 1st lap incidents are completely avoidable & Drivers should be aware of that by now. Errors happen of course but by issuing warnings/penalties that should decrease the chances of that happening (especially on the first bloody corner!!)
Ross is correct in saying Penalties should be perceived as Constructive criticism as that is how they are judged and issued.
Although I hope the FIA properly look into the start at Spain, and properly punish those at fault. As this isn't the first time multiple cars have been 'shunted off' & next up is Monaco.
Bear that in mind.
