Re: 01/03/2015 Decisions
Bloodandsand if you look at the video lap 6 you were trying to overtake Aletdownofstate at ascari you left the track midway through ascari came back on and hit Aletdownofstate bounced of him spun came across the track and took me out, what I am appealing about is if you had not hit Aletdownofstate with trying to overtake in a no chance part of the circuit you would not have taken me out.
I know you had no control of where you ended up but if you had not tried to overtake where you did this all could have been avoided.

Bloodandsands cuts through the middle section of Ascari spinning off Riggy into the path of CHM taking his wing off.

CHM we know you got hit & lost your wing by Bloodandsands unfortunate spin back onto the track infront of you, but i had no evidence if you might have cut over the first part of Ascari on the left, which if you had would have given you less time to react, & if you didnt we still dont know if you could have avoided been hit.

I did not cut Ascari as you can take youself out very easy by hitting the curb..
I was in the middle of the track when he hit me. I had no time at all to avoid him or I would have done.
Can this be looked at again please?

Re: 01/03/2015 Decisions
CHM, the best advice I can offer you here is to start recording your races. It's the only guaranteed way that an incident/appeal can be looked into. It's what i started doing at the start of this season after a number of incidents where I couldn't appeal because there was no footage. The race steward can only capture a small portion of everyone's race after all.
You don't even need to go and spend loads of money on a recording device, you simply need a mobile phone/tablet/laptop with a record function. In this day and age pretty much all phones have this functionality.
In terms of having the incident looked into again, there is no point unless there is additional footage provided that's shows us something different from the video already posted. As Stevo mentioned there is no way of knowing what happened from your point of view. It's an unfortunate sequence of events that lead to you losing your front wing granted but if every appeal was punished on heresay then all number of appeals would be made regardless of whether something happened on track or not.

What Pagey said. Everyone should be doing it. It would make life a lot easier for everyone and bring a certain amount of accountability to peoples actions. Would also make the FIA's job much easier.
