Russia

Ermi/Madman - The FIA has ruled that the collision was a racing incident caused by Ermi, however due to Ermi losing his front wing at the start of the lap and having to perform a pitstop losing even more time that no fourther punishment is to be awarded. Ermi is reminded to give other drivers adequate room at the start of races.

Tom/Robert - The FIA has decided that for leaving inadequate space on the start/finish straight Tom is to recieve 1 WDC penalty point also for causing a spin and failing to give back the position (with no proof provided of lag) Tom is to recieve a 2 poiunt WDC penalty.

Dastardly/Jo3 - Not enough members to make an impartial decision, will be re-assessed at the next meeting.

Russia

CHM/Phillip - The FIA has deemed that without proper footage to coroborate any lag issues, CHM is found to have crowded Phillip off the track causing an incident resulting in damage to multiple cars. CHM is to recieve a 2 point WDC penalty and a suspended qualifying ban for the next three races.

A suspended Qualifying ban for 3 races meaning if he causes another incident within the USA, Abu Dhabi & Brazil races then he would recieve an Qualifying ban.
