Russian GP - Appeals Empty 5 second stop go

I don't know if it will make any difference, but I wish to appeal the 5 second stop go.


At 0:49 VSC deployed
At 0:53 The_Bomb cuts across my front when I was reducing speed
At 0:58 I receive 5 second stop go, severe collision with The Bomb (I never touched him)
I am not appealing against The_Bomb just the 5 second stop go
